INFORMATION GUIDELINES ONLY:
All military aircraft and parachute display teams - applications in writing have to be submitted
by the end of September for theAllocation of Duty meeting in February of the following year.

Please bear in mind CAA approval must be obtained for all aerobatic displays.
This will be arranged by the act on booking.

Falconry displays require a roped arena of approx 40m x 40m plus an area of 5m x 5m
with dog proof fencing for the all day static display.

Petting zones and sheepdog displays -
sheep will only appear subject to defra rulings at the time of the event.

Most equestrian and vehicle displays will require at least double roping with 1m staking
or preferably metal crowd barriers to comply with health and safety regulations.

DISCLAIMER:
The Fees quoted are a guide to costs but travelling expenses may apply and in some
cases with the introduction of the congestion and low emission charges within the M25 area
- these costs will have to be unfortunately , passed on - but a full written quote
will be provided.

All our operators will hold Third Party Public Liability Insurance and
have Risk Assessment paperwork.
